Battery showing RED on app and warning email but is over half charged

I have a fitbit blaze and it was last fully charged Saturday. I have recieved a low battery email and it’s showing as red on the app and showing low on the device in the top right of the screen. ive just put it on charge and its showing over half full whilst charging? Why is the app saying low battery and a warning email saying its low but the actual device when promoted to charge flashes up as 2/3 battery immediately?

Mine has been a little off too for a while. I trust the watch itself more than what it says while on charge. Seems it shows full charge in less than an hour, but isn't really full charged IMO. I'll leave it charging longer. Mine is over 3 years old, so not really gonna complain about that. It's still working otherwise.

Yeah i agree! Think ill give it a good charge later as it went from 2/3 to fully charged in 30 mins. Mines less than a month old, but they have been discontinued so it’s probably been sat on a shelf for a while so the battery condition probably wasn’t great to start off.
