Battery suddenly flat, then clock slow by 2.25hrs

My battery suddenly and inexplicably ran from almost full to flat in less than half a day. That was issue #1. Issue #2 was, when recharged, the clock was about 2.25 hours slow. Strange number, agreed. Issue #3 was no amount of syncing with the Windows 10 mobile app would correct issue #2, even after several resets (left and lower right button pressed together until logo displayed, about 10 secs). Further, issue #4 was no amount of syncing with the mobile app would update the silent alarms on the Blaze. (Getting fed up yet? I was.)

So, deciding W10 mobile app was potentially a crock, I turned my phone off, pulled out my Surface Pro and fired up the Windows 10 app on that. Bluetooth: On, and sync. Bingo! Time updated and alarms transferred. Issue #2 & #4 resolved. No idea about issue #1. Will have to wait and see for further such events but wondering whether it is tied to issue #3, the mobile app. That's obviously flakey, as (a) it wouldn't / couldn't correct issue #1 or #4. I'm wondering whether if the are times when it's keeping an open connection, even in background and as a result draining battery of the Blaze. I'm going to make sure to "kill" it each time I exit it.

Anyway, just thought I'd share. I'm up and running again so to speak, so no worries but will be watching closely...

Just a note: Your Blaze should only connect to one device at a time, if it is connected to the Surface. It wont connect to the Phone. You'll have ro at least turn Bluetooth offbon yhe Surface.

I know that @Rich_Laue 🙂 If you note, you'll see I said "turned my phone off..." and then "Bluetooth: On" 😄

I only have my Blaze connected to one device, mostly my phone, at a time. I only used the Surface because the phone app was playing up.

I've been having the same issue with my clock for the past two or three months.. It is off by 2.25 hours also and sometimes by 7-8 hours. I did some FITBIT community searching in June and found a post that said to uninstall and reinstall the FITBIT app on Google Playstore and it will re-sync the clock. I've done that 4 times now in the past couple of months. It does work each time, but only last for a few days. I'm not one that keeps my FitBit synced with my phone much for tracking, just as a watch and daily goals.. so I'm not sure if that's the problem or not.. but I didn't have that trouble at all for the first 9-10 months that I had this BLAZE.. so why the issue now??? Searching for the reason on the community site now as we speak.. Good luck...
