Battery warning

Any ideas my blaze is flashing the battery low warning but on the app it says the battery is full I’m using an iPhone7

The battery level on the fitbit will always be correct but the battery level in the app will be the level as it was when it last synced so will be out of date if you haven't synced for a while. Could this be the issue here?

Thanks but that’s not the problem as it is sinc the steps and the heart rate was reading correctly I also tried refreshing it and it still was incorrect
