Battery won't stay charged for more than a day

Fit bit blaze worked fine for 3 months then suddenly would only stay charged for about 1/2 day. 1 day tops. Yes I reset it.

Hello Mrssharp
My son told me that the blaze needs to be reset from time to time by pressing the left button and the bottom right button simultaneously for 10 seconds. It's somewhere in the instructions but I hadn't read that. Anyway it still flattened in a day. I'm waiting on customer service to advise so watch this space. Good luck.

Mine is doing this as well and it's driving me crazy. I make sure when I charge that I don't remove it until the battery is fully charged and yet it still only lasts a day. I've also reset my device. Any other ideas?

They will replace it. Let them know. I'm having mine replaced. They say this is very rare.
