My battery doesn’t hold a full charge for more that 8 hours and my Blaze is only 18months old. I’ve recently changed phone from Samsung to Apple. Would that have any impact ?

Check the forum. Battery very likely to have died and Fitbit thinks its your fault. Time to look elsewhere
