Bike distance wasn't tracked at all

So today I rode on my mountain bike for 45 mins around the sea marshes near my home, when I got back the blaze had recorded 0.45kilometres(its 10k) and the phone app had failed to engage despite it indicating it was running! I have an iPhone 6 and I've done all the recent updates to iOS and Fitbit so I'm a)baffled and b) very annoyed!

any ideas why this might have occurred or just unlucky?

It's great to have you here @Ottothepeevish! I would like you to make sure that you set up properly the connected GPS features in your Blaze. Sometimes, it doesn't track all the distance because it lose the connection. 

 

Note: The distance from the biking activity should show in the activity details. However, it won't count towards the daily totals.
