Bike excercise not showing heart rate zones and calories.

Hello,

I went for a bike ride and when i was finished everything was recorded only my heart rate zones and calories where not showing in the app for android,  this is what it showing:

It is saying that you are not coming nested to the Internet and therefore us unable to Co NE t to Fitbit to retrieve the data.

I understand that, but i am connected to the internet so there should be no problem there, and all the other data is showing without any problems. My son had the same problem on the same bike ride yesterday.

But your app is unable to connect to to Fitbit, this is why it can't show your data. 

Have you tried restarting, or even shutting down the phone? 

Have you tried connecting through cellular, or  a different WiFi.. 

Check Fitbits permissions? 

Maybe the app needs to be deleted, and installed fresh. 

Your question was about why the data was not showing, thus implied that you where unaware that the app could not reach Fitbit.

Hi Roel.  I am experiencing the same problem you posted with regard to H.R. and calories. Did you find a solution?

It only happened that one time, i think it was because there was no internet connection.
