I have a Blaze synced with a Google Pixel 3a. Last week it suddenly stopped providing any map data for my bike rides. It's still mapping runs, walks and hikes no problem, just not bike rides. All I get is calories burnt and heart rate info.
I am having the same issue. I called customer support and they walked me through a few steps. It worked, but then it stopped the very next workout/exercise. This is very frustrating!
