My Blaze screen went black yesterday. I tried to charge it but then the green lights went off too. It is still syncing to my phone but will not come on even if I try holding down the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds to restart. Help!

I'm having this issue as well and as I read on in this forum it doesn't seem like there is much in the way of truly helpful advice from the moderators. I cannot restart mine either because it just isn't working. Nothing happens when I push the buttons. I put it in the charger and nothing shows up. We should not be having these issues.

Hello my blaze quit working too! Is there a problem with them nationwide!! ?? It is fully charged!! I have no screen no green light nothing 😞 I'm so upset right now

Going through Fitbit support they had no solutions for my problem (which sounds like the same issue you are having). My Blaze being more than a year old they could not offer any solution beyond purchase of a new unit. For me the cost of a Blaze is too high when I consider how long mine lasted (less than 2 years). My advice would be if yours is less than a year old act quick to get it replaced!

I'm having this same problem I tried resetting my blaze and I couldn't sync it to my phone I saw that the green lights weren't showing either. I charged it and nothing happened. I have tried about 20 times to reset it but nothing has worked. Any suggestions on what to do?
