Black lines on Blaze screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The bottom portion of the screen has black lines where the pixels are not working. The watch has not been dropped or hit that I can think of. I have already tried restarting multiple times and nothing has worked so far.

Hey @Jessycrane, a warm welcome to the Forums.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since the restart procedure didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

Catch you later. Smiley Wink

I am experiencing this exact same problem.  I have had a screen protector on the watch since the first day and the watch has not been dropped or hit.

Unfortunately I don't know. I emailed fitbit and never received a
response. Luckily mine hasn't gotten any worse so I can live with it until
I get a new one I guess. Good luck! Let me know if you figure anything out.
