According to my phone the battery is half full. I put I the charger and nothing pops up on the screen. Sometimes the green lights are working and sometimes they are not. The logo shows when I do the restart, but then fades away and NOTHING. Any other suggestions? When the screen come on I can't even swipe it either to do a shutdown.

Unfortunately while I was chatting with them and trying to send a video of what was going on, I closed that session in error. The email that was sent to me I used to reply back to her I gave her my ph# to call and never heard back from her and not even a reply back to the email I sent back. So tomorrow I will call and try again. If I find anything out I will repost it.

I tried to restart my Blaze again and it worked. It was extremely uncharged! I left it in charging overnight and it's working now!

Thanks for letting me know. My battery was dead this morning after having it on the charger all night. I think mine has no hope at all at this time. I have it in the charger again in hopes that it may come back to life

it also happens to me!
yesterday I put it to charge, but it didn't work. Then I restart it (pressing left and down right buttons together for 15 seconds). When I put it on the charger, the fitbit logo appeared. I left it charging for some seconds and the clock appeared, but without showing that it was charging.
After a few more seconds, I removed and putted again to charge and the battery appeared.
It charged all night long and now it is working normally.
You should try this sequence!

It finally started working but it only swiped up and down and not side to side. I called the company this time and talked to someone. It's been over a year and they wanted to send me a 25% off coupon on a new purchase😲 I paid over 200$ for my blaze when it came out and should last longer than 17 months. I also had issues with the previous Charge. They are sending me a replacement which will actually be a refurbished one. Either way it sucks. Once that one dies, I'm finding another brand.
