Black screen but flickering green working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit was working perfectly all day and then I went to check my steps an hour after syncing and the screen was black and nothing was appearing. The green lights are still flickering and my app is telling me I’ve a full battery. I’ve plugged it into the charger and tried to reset but nothing is working. Any advice?

Mine is doing the same thing, the screen is coming on, but nothing comes up. The green lights are working on the back, but nothing shows on the screen, it keeps going on and off. I cant tell if I reset it properly or not because i cant see the screen.

I got a reply from a member of Fitbit who instantly offered me a solution within a day. Best customer service. Get in contact with them and let them know your issue, they are so helpful. (Side note- I had the offer of a brand new replacement, or 50% off another Fitbit)
