Black screen when off charger

My Blaze screen works when on the charger and also syncs with the app. The second it is removed from charger, the screen goes black.  Charger says full battery.  Nothing works off the charger including a hard reset.  Suggestions?

I did call support. They tried various troubleshooting protocols, but
nothing worked. They decided it was a bad display, no longer under
warranty. They said I could buy another Fitbit at a 25% discount. I doubt
I will. I certainly did not get my money’s worth from the first one and I
in no way misused it. Very disappointed to be honest.

My Fitbit is doing the same thing. The screen goes black. So frustrating. Going to try with Help but now not feeling confident
