I have a Blackphone 2 which is connected to my Blaze. I am unable to get any notifications on the Blaze. The Blackphone runs Silent OS which is a modified version of Android to add more security. However, I previously had another vendors tracker and it was able to receive notifications.

Hi there @DeanH. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
As far as I can see, the Blackphone is not on the list of compatible devices as @WendyB says. This means that even if your phone could work for syncing your Fitbit tracker, it's not guaranteed that all the features will work properly.
