Morning... so my son got me a new Blaze for my birthday. Had issues with it charging but finally left it hooked up to my computer for a couple days and now fully charged and was updated. When connected to my computer, I can see the screen, see that it's fully charged, and access the functions. However, when I try and take it out of the USB charging cradle and put it in my watch, the screen goes blank and will not turn on. I have tried restarting the Blaze multiple times with no luck!! Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @Jim_B_Ma!
Go over the steps below to make sure you are restarting your Blaze correctly:
Left and bottom right buttons, hold down for at least 10 seconds, you'll feel it vibrate when it restarts).
If that does not help, I would highly suggest contacting Fitbit Support via Chat!
