Hello all,
Last night my blaze stopped working. The screen went blank and I only have one green light on.
I tried to restart but nothing happens.
Since purchasing the product in May, I have had some issues with the heart rate as well - simply stopped working a few times but it came back on after restarting -
Please does anyone has any advice?

contact customer service chat and let them know what you have tried, they are eager to help and have more options for a rare issue like this than we do here on forums...

Hi Alejandra,
I contacted the Customer Support and Fitbit will replace my tracker. It has been shipped already and I should get it today or tomorrow.
I must say that I was very impressed by the Customer Support response I got. The way the issue was handled it was of a sign of customer support at its best.
Thank you very much to the FitBit community as well. Everyone has been terrific.
