Blase not turning on or charging

Hi,

I took my Fitbit off before bed the other night & powered it off like normal, I tired to turn it on the next morning & nothing happens. The battery wasn't even close to dead when I took it off, but still it won't turn on. 

I tried charging the device & it won't charge . I tried different outlets and chargers, and have tried cleaning the charging ports. 

This Blaze is under 2 years old. Why is this nalhappen & how can it be fixed?

If you have already tried cleaning the contacts on the Fitbit and the charger side contacts, I suggest reaching out to support.
