Blaze 10 months old suddenly acts weird

Hi all,

I have been so happy with my Blaze over the last 10 months and have never had a problem until today!

So this is what happened of all sudden, then things went downhill from here in 12 hrs. My Blaze got a flat battery while I was asleep. I thought this was weird as I usually charge it 1-2 times a week and it had only been 2 days. Put it in the charger and the Fitbit icon appeared (solid icon). It just hung on that screen for 5 minutes and didn't move on to the 'charging battery' screen. I just left it had coffee and came back to it an hour later. When I picked it up still in the cradle, the screen said something about the clock face not working. Strange because I have had the same one for 9 months. So I changed it and synced.

Seemed to to be working ok, so I changed it back to my original clock face and went about my day. I noticed the screen was very faint, much fainter than usual. Then I couldn't swipe to the left or delete notifications, I could scroll up and down and touch the watch face to switch between steps, stairs etc. I tried syncing again and turning off the iphone back on and off in case it was buggy. Nothing worked. I had a full battery and then I just went to check the time and I only have the battery icon display showing one bar in red. Wtf Fitbit what's going on? I look after my watch and this happens!!

Anyone had a similar thing happen to their blaze? Suggestions please. This is my second Fitbit, I had a HR plus for 16 months before it died now my blaze is 10 months old. Dont want to get a Garmin or Suunto but it's looking like Fitbit doesn't love me anymore ;(

My battery is starting to act weird also. It's not holding a charge at all. My friend is having the same problem. I am going to contact Fitbit support and see if they can provide a new bracelet. You should also.

Bracelet, how would that help? Do you mean the screen/watch component or housing? Not sure what you mean by bracelet for the Blaze

Sorry. Said that wrong. Yes, the device. I was going to call them tomorrow to see if it can be replaced.
