I can't understand why Fitbit can't make the Gunmetal strap and frame available to people who have already invested in their products.

@DJRob have you asked Fitbit? I'm not sure how many of the awesome Fitbit users will be able to explain this to you.
I'll take a stab.. Fitbit decided first to release it as a package and only produced a certain number at first to test the market. I did say I was stabbing at an answer.
I did do a search of the feature request forum and found somebody else wondering the same thing, but not sure if they are asking for this option.
I suggest leaving your vote over here.. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Blaze-gunmetal-frame-and-band-available-separate...

BTW I moved your post to the Blaze out of the community discussion.

I have asked Fitbit and they've said it's not available. I only thought this was a bit off as we have all previously paid for our products and they aren't making all accessories available to us. Thanks for your reply.

Why not buy from a third party such as those on Amazon.com?

I have bought things previously that aren't original and haven't been impressed. Have you bought anything related to Fitbit from Amazon before? Thanks

Yes, I purchased this Fitbit Blaze band on Amazon. The new band is attractive and comfortable. After two months of constant wear, this band still looks new. I can recommend the Wearlizer brand.
