Maybe a faulty band? Try seeing if you can get a replacement from where you bought the Blaze or get another band and see how that holds up.

Does any of the band parts come loose from the frame or is it the clasp itself? @Ericaburrows

Do the silver pieces when compressed spring back out? I'm wondering if one is defective.
When the band is connected back to the frame, do you give it a slight tug to make sure it's secure?

Hello @Ericaburrows welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 I would suggest, if you haven't done so already, to contact customer support and let them know the issue you are experiencing with your band so they can help you. @Rich_Laue, @SunsetRunner and @matt9013 it's great to have you here! 😉
Thanks for stopping by! 😉
