Blaze Banner and Skyscraper Ads needed for shareasale affiliate program

I am an affiliate through shareasale, and have the fitbit ads on WinePress.US which receives over 10 million hits each month.  My wife is a personal trainer, and is also an affiliate for fitbit on her site.   We need the new artwork in banner and skyscraper format for the new Blaze.   

We want to be sure to inform people of the new Fitbit Blaze, and get them to pre-order ASAP.   Also, is there any way to get early release samples as affiliates or resellers?
