I have bought 3 Fitbit's (Charge, Charge II and Blaze) and all have either failed or are close to failing due to battery problems.
The Blaze will not go more than around 10 hrs from a full charge to shutdown.
Each time its recharged it has to re-sync before use.
I worked out it has been recharged around 200 times from new. I would have hoped for better quality for the price.
So what reason would I have to shell out for another.......
ANSWER = No Reason.
Total waste of money of around £500 (UKP)

My first Blaze HR lasted 2-1/2 years before it would no longer hold a charge. Bought a new one 2-1/2 months ago and already having battery issues. It never lasted the 5 days Fitbit claims but it would go around 3 days the first few weeks. Then it went to every other day. I assumed this is because I work out a lot and it is counting a lot of steps. Two days ago it went to about every 10 hours! This it totally unacceptable for a device this new. Contacted customer service and they are having me do a "battery test". I'm to get back to them once it's complete. I'm hoping this one is just defective and this is not the new norm!

TBH the mtbf (minimum time before fail) should be far greater than around 2 years. I’m wondering if Consumer law should also cover them as the 1 year warranty is in addition to these rights and manufacturers find it convenient to hide behind them.
