Blaze Battery Life only lasts 1+ day

Hi,

 

It's been around 10 days I bought Blaze. 

 

At 7:30AM, I got mine fully charged, and went to work. 

 

I think i opened up my Fitbit app on my phone and got synced up twice - three times today.

 

At 7:15PM now, my battery just became low (from Medium).

 

For settings, I turned off

- AllDay Sync

- Quick View

- Heart Rate

- Always Connected.

 

Brightness - Dim

Bluetooth Classic - Off

 

I bought this because battery life will be good compared to other smartwatches.

 

I tried rebooting it too, and tried re-connecting bluetooth few times.

 

Is there anything I can try?

 

If not, I am planning to request refund...

Welcome to the Community @BLENZ. It's weird to hear that a Blaze is not holding a charge but I recommend our tips to Maximize your tracker's battery life and the Battery Troubleshoot. If you have already tried these steps without success, I recommend contacting our Support team since they have the proper tools to see how long is your battery lasting.

After talking with support, if your still within the return policy at the place of purchase, it might be faster to go this route.

Unfortunately, the promised battery life of my new Blaze is no where close to five days.  I am lucky to get 2.5.  This is a disappointment as one of the reasons for purchase was the battery life.

I'd chat with support, as I'm easily getting 4 - 5 days using connected gps, quick view etc.

I recharged it this morning after getting 3 days of use.  I want to see how long it lasts this time.  If it needs recharging by Tuesday or Wednesday, I will contact support.
