Blaze Battery and heart rate problems

My heart rate monitor isn’t working. It’s set to auto, the green lights on the back are flashing intermittently and as such they are draining my battery in 2-3 hours. I’ve reset the blaze but it’s still got the same problems. It charges ok but the battery isn’t lasting? Like I said I’ve already reset the blaze.

 

does anyone have any other ideas??

I am having the same problem. As well, it isn't tracking my sleep. I have also tried resetting everything. Hope someone can give us an answer.
