My blaze in the last couple of days has gone from lasting approx 3 days to 3 hours maximum, i turned off auto connection and other attributes off to no avail- i'm on a Iphone but obviously turning off the sync it is not a phones issue. I'm getting an alert the battery is fully charged then within 3- 4 hours it is turning off

Looks like I didn't have the same experience as you all. I contacted Customer Support and I was offered a discount on my next purchase. It hasn't been working well since July. Now I can't get it to charge at all. Ummm no thanks! I'm not paying that much for something that worked well for a year. I'm going with a different brand. Good luck to you all.

Dear Support, dear Fitbit Blaze users,
my Blaze was working like a charm, reaching almost 7 days on a single battery charge. Recently those stats dropped significantly, forcing me to disable 24h sync, bluetooth classic, as well as notifications. Now it turns out, that after completely charging my Blaze yesterday and wearing it exactly at 00:00, its battery indicator is already flashing red now. Seems, that it is no more able to work more than 12 hours. I have bought it on 8th march 2016, was always more than satisfied, as it really helped me to change my life. But it does not work anymore as it used to, as I am repeatedly observing, that around midday my Blaze is alredy turned off as the battery died.
Could please someone from support contact me regarding my problem, maybe we could work something out, that could be a solution for me? I have bought it in Germany in MediaMarkt.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance 🙂
PS1: I've already tried tips mentioned here.
PS2: I've also tried restarting my Blaze, as described here.

I too am having a similar issue. It seems the recent software updates could be causing the problem.

Hello , I've had my fitbit blaze for only one week and although it appears to fully charge, the battery is flat in only 4 -6 hours . Also, I have the notifications turned off as I thought this must be draining the battery and yet it still buzzes and tells me that I'm all caught up (with no notifications) every 5 minutes or so. I've tried to go adjust all the settings to minimize battery use . Can someone please advise how to save the battery and also to stop the notification issue (or even better let me receive notifications without completely draining the battery) ? .Thanks

Same for me. I'm curious, how old is your Blaze? I got mine in June 2016.

I've had mine for just over 1 week - the battery has never lasted more than 12 hours

I just got my Blaze at Christmas and the battery is draining like crazy. I've done all the steps to extend battery life. I have noticed that the green lights on the back are on brightly and stay on constantly. It did not do that before. It's been doing this all week and the battery was lasting about 12 hours but it's getting less and less. I've shut it down at night and resync in the morning. I'm growing frustrated that the product is only 3 months old and not living up to convenience. What can I do?

I am also having the same problem. I charged it Fitbit for 4 hours and it never fully charged and 3 hours later it was already on red. It just started doing this a week ago.
