Blaze Battery not holding a charge

Hello!  First off, I absolutely love my blaze!  It does everything I need and more. It is 2 years old and i take extremely good care of it.   I am having trouble keeping it charged.  The charge is not lasting past 24 hours; i keep recharging and same result.  Is there anything I can do so i don't have to buy another one?  I have been a fitbit user for years and do NOT want to use anything else.  Any comments/solutions appreciated.  Thanks!

Thank you so much for responding.  I have done all of the items you have listed under how to extend your battery life for my blaze. Please help!  I'm really missing the reliability of my blaze!! Thank you for your time and attention!!
