Blaze Battery not holding charge.

I have had my Blaze for approximately 9 mths & the battery will not last any longer then 24hrs.

I have followed all the steps mentioned in other posts hoping to make a difference. But nothing helps. 

Shop I purchased from won't do anything as I can't find the receipt.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue & had it solved?

thanks for any suggestions.

Same problem it will not turn off, the green lights will not stop, i turn it off than on and this morning it is dead again.  I use to last 7 days now 1/2 days.  How do you fix that one!
