Blaze Black Screen

My sister gave me her blaze and I happily used it for 1 day. Then I put it in the charger and tried to sync it to my fitbit app. I now have a black screen. I have tried to reset and when you press buttons it will buzz but still a black screen. My sister has never had a problem with it. Is there something I can do to repair it?

I'm having the same issue. I've followed all the steps to reset and restart but not working. Feel it vibrate but no content on the screen.

We never reached a resolution. Customer support did finally ask me to send
it in and offered me a deep discount on my next purchase. I was honestly
hoping for a repair but can’t complain. They did much more than they needed
considering that I was out of warranty. Good luck!
