Blaze Bluetooth turns off

I've had my Blaze for about 3 weeks now and the Bluetooth continues to either turn off and or disappear from the settings menu and I have to forget the connection in my phone and pair again. As of today I've had to do this about 6 times

Sounds like a problem with your blaze or your phone. If other Bluetooth devices have connection problems with your phone then I'd blame the phone, if not I'd blame the blaze and get a replacement. If the replacement has problems then you have an issue somewhere in your house.

Which type of Bluetooth are we referring to? And when referring to settings is this the phone BT settings or the apps settings?

When it isn't showing showing does it still sync?

Sounds like a problem with your blaze or your phone. If other Bluetooth devices have connection problems with your phone then I'd blame the phone, if not I'd blame the blaze and get a replacement. If the replacement has problems then you have an issue somewhere in your house.

Hey there @Salma1234! It sounds like you haven't set up your Fitbit Blaze, please follow this set up procedure to get your tracker connected to your Fitbit account.
