Blaze Charges while on cradle; but won't work when put on frame

Anyone else have this issue?  Blaze charges and is responsive when in the cradle, but not when released and put on watch frame?

I have this same problem, it will not turn on when it's not on charging station, even though it's fully charged.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Yes I had one for Christmas and it is showing it is fully charged when I log in to my app but when I try and switch it on  by pressing the left hand button, nothing is happening. So frustrating. The restart doesn't work either!!! Please someone help us!!!
