I have been having a persistent problem with my three year old Blaze for weeks now. Almost every time that I charge the device, it shows and airplane symbol on this, which I cannot clear to get into the functions. After a random amount of time (often up to an hour after removing from the cradle), it will restart (as though it had shut down) when I press one of the buttons.
At the same time, it is not holding its charge well either. I am having to charge it almost every day. I cannot tell you how irritating this is.

If you are seeing one of these two messages, it means that your device is in an environment that is too hot or too cold. On this case, it is recommended performing a restart. In addition, please try charging your device from a different USB port.
