Blaze - Current Sync Information and frequency of Sync on my online acct

Hello, I recently purchased a Fitbit Blaze to replace mySurge.  Whereas the Surge used a dongle that needed to be connected to the computer in order to sync data onto your online account, the Blaze does not. I have noticed that my steps, for example, on my online account do not match up with the steps on my Blaze device.

How often does the data on the Blaze sync with my online account. For example I would have 2000 steps appearing on my Blaze but my online account shows 1000 steps.

Hi there @sdk11. Good to see you around!

As @Rich_Laue says, you can just sync through your charging cable but since you mention that you're syncing with your iPhone, that's the only thing you need. After syncing with your iPhone, be sure to refresh your online account for it to reflect the changes. After refreshing, it should say the same you see on the tracker itself and on your iPhone.

With the new software the dongle should not be needed if the computer has native Vluetooth. Since you had a Surge syncing through your computer, you'll find that nothing needs to be changed, it computer is setup to sync the Blaze

If the computer doesn't have Bluetooth or the fitbit dongle, and your running Win10. You may use charging cable to sync..
When you say the steps on the dashboard. One match up, how long ago does the dashboard say that RT. Tracker was last synced.?
