Hi, I got a Fitbit blaze just over a month ago. The screen got scratched and eventually cracked quite extensively. I reported the issue to Fitbit and was told, despite the one year warranty, they will not fix or replace it but they will give me a 25℅ discount on a new one. I will not be spending another $150 on a new one. Being an activity device I cannot recommend purchasing it if it's going to break in a month and not be covered.

Im just really disappointed. My girlfriend got me it as a gift and I got to like the functionality of the device. It is very effective at what it does and has a great partner app. I just don't see how something so expensive could break so easily and not be covered. My girlfriend is quite upset. Just be warned people.

Did you mentioned it's a gift? Maybe your girlfriend can contact the support team as it's been a gift?
Depending on how the screen got broken, warranty may or may not count, that's up to fitbit to decide.
Make sure to contact them from the official contact page:
