My wife and I both have blazes and every time we try to get the software update we keep on getting the error message that the update did not complete. We have a good internet connection and watches are fully charged. The blazes are nearby as well as bluetooth is enabled yet the update is incomplete. What can be done?

You hasn't mentioned what you update through?
For Android move the app to the background, or don't let the phone lock. For mac and tye pc don't let them go to sleep.

@he3reigns Did you try swiping to the right from the today screen, if that also does not work have you tried resetting the Blaze?

@he3reigns it sounds like you lost your clock.
Go into the Blaze settings, chose a clock and then let out sync, it might take 5 minutes, but eventually you will feel a buzz and see a check mark.

Thanks! yeah, that got be back to the clock. However, I'll have to do that every time I look at the Today screen, I still don't have the button working.

i absolutely agree, the vibration on this is terrible especially compared to the charge HR i had, that thing would shock the hell out of me when i was in REM which was perfectly fine for me. I have now had my blaze for a little over 3 weeks now and can honestly say, i have only felt it 3 times at 5 am when it is supposed to go off.

use the friends tab in the app then hit add, your phone has to have access to your facebook though, i presume youve done this?

Just save your cash. I bought the Blaze cause I loved my Charge HR and wanted to see what the Blaze would be about and if it would curb me from wanting the Apple Watch, but it has only made me want the watch more. The Blaze as it is now is nothing more than a color screen Charge HR with more problems and only makes me wish I had a more interactive wrist device. Apple is slated to relase the Apple Watch 2 in June which will likely make it ready for purchase in September.

I have been trying to keep my Blaze be happy with it but I could not. I exchanged it three times, thought I had a defective one. Finally, I got the Apple Watch. I was afraid to get the Apple Watch due to the battery life but the Apple Watch can retain the battery charge for2- 3 days as long as I use it to get text, WA, exercise for 30 minutes. One thing I like the Blaze is the auto exercise detection, continous heart rate monitor and sleep monitor. Charging the Blaze is a joke, alarm vibration is almost nothing. I could not even feel it.

You people are crazy. I use my Blaze as an alarm to wake me up and when it goes off I'm jumping outta the bed waving around the 1911 under my pillow all wild-eyed. I never had a Charge HR but I find the vibration of the Blaze to be adequate.
