@Angiepjohnson69 we'll need more info to help, what message program are you using? Do you have it set to display pop-ups?
Do you get a pop-up while the phone is in the lock screen?
Under sounds and notifications it set to show all notifications while locked? Now click application notifications, find your messenger program, is notifications set to allow?
Most of these should have automatically set up correctly, but it's worth checking.
The other thing to do is scroll to the original post in this thread, you'll find a link to a very detail instruction on seeing this feature up.
Message Plus doesn't work.

All the answers are pretty much yes. I went over the info you sent. Mind you i don not have the most recent firmware update. The blaze will show a new message and the peeson who sent the text, just won't let me read the text. And i use message+. Angie
Sent from Outlook Mobile
Its because even though Message+ is listed at one of the message apps you can use, its not fully compatable with the Blaze. I have the same problem as well as many others. I have a feeling they'll just end up removing Messages+ from the list rather than fixing the issue.

They shouldn't bother announcing an update unless it's immediately available for all.
I can't believe their servers are that busy.

Since both the Blaze and the Charge HR won't sync this sounds like your you're referring to the fitbit app update. Have you received the updated firmware to the Blaze yet? This also should have no affect on the HR.
I'm moving your post out of this thread. What has been tried yet? Have you looked at any of the threads on the BlackBerry here, and in the Android Forum?

That is the version of the Blaze firmware, not the app which is 2.22 I believe, your phone will report 2.2 under settings the app reports 2.22
