Blaze-Flickering screen, now blank-Reset does nothing

Hi,

My Fitbit stopped working after recharge. Initially the screen flickered rapidly (but showed a full charge) before going blank. I have tried restart / reset with no luck. I've also tried to sync to see if a software update would help, but cannot connect.

Is this watch dead? It's only 6 months old and has never been in a pool, bath, shower.

@Endymion6  Sounds like you may need to contact support on this.  Mention the steps you have already done to help speed up the process.
