Blaze Freezing and Heart Rate Monitor Not Working

I think my Blaze might be broken, the Heart Rate Monitor has stopped working completely, it is set to On but the lights aren't working at all. Also, the screen locks on any of the menu screens and won't return to the front screen, meaning I can't see the time (bit important for a watch!). Rebooted it and reset it but it is still the same. Any thoughts?
