This is my second Blaze, the first was replaced by Fitbit because of chronic issues with syncing and inaccurate steps despite repeated suggestions from community and Fitbit assist. For the last 6 Mos or so I have been having issues with the GPS/Bluetooth not tracking outdoor activities.
The watch will buzz, and when I look at it there will be a red phone in the left corner with an / over it, indicating that it is not tracking. This can happen up to 20 times in a 50 minute walk. For example, my lunch walk is 3 miles, I know exactly how long it is, and the last half dozen times I have walked it it's varied between 1.6-2.2 miles. I have reset my phone, reset Fitbit, reinstalled, updated everything, all with no success. When I do the walk on another app it tracks the correct distance.
Also, I have woken up a few times in the past couple weeks to a dead watch. I did not get a low battery notification, and when I turn it back on it is flashing red. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
