Blaze GPS and battery issues

Blaze is only two months old and am having problems with it pausing randomly during a workout and then not tracking via Bluetooth my route. Worked great for about 6 weeks and then started having problems.  Also now seems to be having problems charging, doesn't seem to recognize right away and have to keep messing with it. Frustrating!

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your Blaze and recommend taking a look at the following help articles and follow the instructions provide:

 

 

Also, make sure to not be touching your Blaze screen at the moment of doing exercise to avoid stopping or pausing them.

Hi,


I have tried all of the suggestions. Worked for one day, now it won't hold a charge for more than half a day. Charged it right before I went to bed, and by morning it down by half.


Can I get a refund and/or upgrade to something more reliable? Very disappointing.
