Blaze GPS vs. Phone GPS

When I track a walk using my Blaze vs. using my phone to track the same route, the distance is always at least 0.5 miles off. My husband walks right beside me and the distance on my Blaze is always 0.5 miles or more behind his. Is there something wrong with mine?

For every 4 miles I walk, by Blaze only records 3 miles. I am so frustrated.  My Charge HR worked fine!  I have not found a solution.  I am on a live chat with customer support right now because I am ready for a refund.

It is frustrating! My husband will have 4.5 miles on his and I'll have 3.9. I'm literally right next to him the entire time! Then of course my pace is way higher than his as well. It's driving me crazy!
