Since getting my Blaze my run distances have always been a little short (using gps on my phone) but it didn't bother me too much. However, I've noticed that at the end of a race, the distance on my watch is displaying correctly, then when I end the work out, it loads on my phone anywhere between 0.3 and 2 miles less than I actually did.
Cycling is much worse. Today i cycled 33 miles and the fitbit recorded 6.8miles. Whats weird is that the route is pretty accurate, but the the miles shown are way out. After reading other related posts i have already tried restarting my phone and watch.

Hi there @Itérati. Good to see you in the Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that the distance doesn't show the same after you sync your tracker to your dashboard, that's pretty strange and thanks a lot for trying to reboot both your phone and your tracker!
I would probably recommend setting up your tracker as a new device at this point. For this, make sure to sync your tracker to avoid losing any unsynced data. Then, Give it a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, proceed to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps and please, let me know if there's any improvement or not.
