I've had my Blaze for about a year and a half now. A little over two weeks ago it just went blank for no reason. I put it on charge and it was fully charged. So, I took it off of charge and put it back on again. It was fine with the battery meter showing fully charged. Within 10 minutes I look at my Blaze and it was blank again. When I placed it on the charger it still showed it was fully charged. Has anyone else had this problem and what should I do? Am I able to receive another Blaze for free?

I'd just like to make sure... when you say that it went blank, this means that not even pressing any button the tracker would respond? Did you try by any chance to restart it? If not, You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
If that doesn't work, please let me know to see what are the options at this point.
