 Hello,

 

I am having an issue lately where I am noticing when I workout it frequently is registering inaccurate heart rate, even after shutting down restarting, the problem seems to still be present. The device is less than a year old.  Any ideas?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
