Blaze HR monitor stopped working

I got my Blaze July 12th.  Up until this weekend it worked fine.  Sunday, I noticed the HR monitor has been cutting on and off.

As of today, the HR monitor won't work at all.  The green lights are still flashing, heart rate is set to on, I've toggled through all the settings, on, auto, off.  I've restarted twice, checked wrist placement, switched wrists.  Nothing is working.

Please help!
