Blaze HR monitor stopped working

Hi everyone,

 

i have had my blaze about 5 months as today I noticed it was not recording my HR... when i took it off the green lights on the back were not on and when I looked at my mobile app it appears to have stopped recording my sleep at 3am... all very strange... so far I have reset it left button & bottom button... turn it off and on again.. and set the hr setting to on as apposed to auto all to no avail... anything else I could try??? Failing that I'll call Fitbit on Monday morning!

 Same just started for me around 9 AM this morning. No reboots or setting adjustment has fixed it. Did you ever contact support? How was it resolved?

Yes I did and they replaced the blaze as it was under warranty

Awesome thank you! I called cust service and they had me do a soft reset by holding the left and lower right buttons down together until the logo appeared.  I guess turning it off and on through the settings menu does nothing. But the reset worked! Until next time lol.
