My heart rate monitor stopping working during a workout. There is a white film on the inside of the clear plastic on the back. Please help!

Welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner! I would like you to restart your Blaze and double check if you get the heart rate reading again. Also, confirm that your heart rate setting is set to on. 

 

Also, I would like you to provide me with a picture of what you're seeing on the back of your tracker.
