My Fitbit has all of a sudden stopped recording heart rate and on the back, I have one green static light rather than two flashing ones, so could be broken? Have tried turning hr off and on and syncing and also resetting the blaze but still just one light shows, any ideas?!

Try a shutdown of the Blsze. 

Of that doesn't work http://contact.fitbit.com
