Blaze HR not reading pulse

Hi,

I just dug up my old Blaze HR in order to "compete" in PAI with my girlfriend. I charged it up and started using it, but it doesn't read my pulse. I've tried restarting it, shutting it down and starting it, cleaning the sensors and change the HR reading from auto to on. It's on the last firmware and the green lights are blinking. None of the threads I found here have given me anything that works.

Any tips? Can someone in support have a look at my profile and see if they can find anything wrong? The waranty in Norway's 5 years, so it should still be covered.

Hi @Tiwas  the link to the warranty information is here - click. You might need to restart the Blaze a few times to get it going since the battery was dead for so long. See if that helps to get it jumpstarted and let us know.

Ok. I'll try to do that. As for the warranty, it's not legal to sell something in Norway without following our laws - so fitbit's pretty much obligated to either fix it or replace it if I cannot get it going. Will come back after 10 or so restarts.

Ok, so I've restarted it around 20 times and 3 or 4 shutdowns.

The LEDs are really weak. I've compared it to a couple of other activity trackers I have (a Mio and ZeTime) and there's a huge difference.

You can try getting with support. I know their support options are more limited at the moment and the two call center numbers I have (USA and UK) aren't open until Monday.

Thanks. Found out Fitbit has a facebook channel for Norway, so I've contacted them. Thanks for the help.
