Hello,
I often get random spikes in my heart rate recorded by the fitbit blaze, at times of rest or even sleep. It's freaking me out! I'm worried there is something wrong with my heart. Anyone else get this?

I also have spikes at night. I have noticed over the one year of use. I have made appointment with a cardiologist to be certain it is a normal thing for folks to have a rapid heart rate while sleeping,
I no longer have the ability to view my heart rate on the dashb oard. Not sure how to restore the former web page on dashboard. It is now changed. I havent been in since before the holidays. : (

Have you noticed any correlation between rapid heart rate and what the fitbit is recording? Often I can't think of any reason for the spike!

I am assuming the rapid spikes correlate to a condition of the heart....maybe A-fib. Or Maybe everyone has these occurrances while at rest. Unknown..
But I was able to change the web page to daily and the spikes are clearly noted .
I printed the examples to bring to the cardiologist to read.
My GP ususally does an EKG during her visits..day time...normal heart rate.
Bp is normal, somewhat low.
Do you have any heart conditions so to speak?

No I do not. And I am suspicious of how accurate the fitbit monitor is. Have you had any heart conditions in the past?
