I had an issue today where the Blaze was not syncing the heart rate to my dashboard. Even though it shows the current heart rate on the tracker and even in the app.
Not sure if it will work for you but my fix was:
I shut down the Blaze tracker device and restarted it. I manually synced the tracker to the app again and it seemed to work.

@Lmrangel, which dashboard, as don't know which phone you're talking about? Not all phones are able to see live HR in the app dashboard, instead only showing the resting rate.

Edit: I was about to add that being on Windows myself, we are one of those who can't see live HR but I've just looked and low and behold, I can now. So I'm not sure if it's the Blaze or a recent update, as on Fri with my Charge HR I couldn't, but either way, I'm happy but not sure if what I told you is true or not. Sorry.

I use the dashboard on my phone mostly. When I first got the blaze, it was recording the hourly heart rate for the first 24 hours and then just stopped. It records what it was for the day but not the hourly.
Does it matter it's on "auto" or "on"?

Blaze HR data is not syncing to iPhone app. It is on, and during exercise I see it registering my heart rate

With on it records heart every second, auto every few seconds and saves battery power.

With heart rate setting to on, heart rate sensors don't go off when laying the tracker on a table.. with auto it does turn off when it doesn't detect movement.

I tried it, but it hasn't worked yet. The first 6 days of heart rate synced with the dashboard. Heart rate shows up on the Blaze, but it never makes it over to the dashboard after syncing.

Im readong more comments that the shutdown and turn on of the Blaze has straightend out many different problems. This and the hard reset wpuld be something to keep in mind for when problems occur.

The Shutdown is found under the settongs menu on the Blaze

In my case, it was only the "hard reset" that worked. Despite heart tracking being "on" some of the time during the last seven days, including all of last night, the green lights flashing, and the heart rate showing on the Blaze screen, the Fitbit agent said on their end it showed up as "off" the entire time. Something about "on" is not being understood somewhere in the process. I lost a week's worth of info because I waited to look into it, thinking the data were there but not syncing. Nope. Not there. Hope there's some firmware fix for this.

I'm having the same issue.  RHR syncs on phone app but not PC dashboard.  My last update to the dashboard for RHR was 2 days ago.  The hard reset did not fix the issue for me.
